Calculators are free, with a Pro subscription unlocking advanced tools including a sponsorship estimator, ad-free experience, and earnings visualisation charts.

Social Media Login Data. We provide you with the option to register using your existing Google account. If you choose to register in this way, we will collect certain profile information about you from Google, as described in Section 7.

- To fulfil and manage your orders. We process your information to fulfil and manage your Pro subscription purchases and payments made through our Services.

- To send administrative information. We process your information to send you details about our products and services, changes to our terms and policies, and other similar information.
- To deliver targeted advertising. We process your information to develop and display personalised advertising content for you, subject to your cookie consent preferences.
- To identify usage trends. We process information about how you use our Services to improve them.
- To protect our Services. We process your information as part of our efforts to keep our Services safe and secure, including fraud monitoring and prevention via Cloudflare Turnstile.

8. Is Your Information Transferred Internationally?
In Short: We may transfer, store, and process your information in countries other than your own.
Our servers are located in the United States. If you are accessing our Services from outside the United States, please be aware that your information may be transferred to, stored by, and processed by us in our facilities and in the facilities of the third parties with whom we may share your personal information, in the United States and other countries.
If you are a resident in the European Economic Area (EEA), United Kingdom (UK), or Switzerland, these countries may not have data protection laws as comprehensive as those in your country. We ensure that transfers of your personal information are protected by relying on the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses, which our third-party vendors (Vercel, Supabase, Google, LemonSqueezy, Cloudflare) have in place as part of their terms of service.
9. How Long Do We Keep Your Information?
In Short: We keep your information for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes outlined in this Privacy Notice unless otherwise required by law.
We will retain your personal information for as long as you have an account with us. When you close your account, we will delete or anonymise your personal information, unless we are legally required to retain specific information (for example, for tax, fraud prevention, or legal compliance purposes).
Internet activity data collected via our hosting infrastructure (Vercel) is retained for up to 1 year. Google AdSense cookie data is retained for up to 1 year per Google's data retention policy.
10. How Do We Keep Your Information Safe?
In Short: We aim to protect your personal information through a system of organisational and technical security measures.
We have implemented appropriate and reasonable technical and organisational security measures designed to protect the security of any personal information we process. These include:
- Encryption in transit (TLS/HTTPS) and at rest via Supabase
- Row Level Security (RLS) enforced on all database tables
- Passwords hashed and never stored in plaintext
- Bot and fraud protection via Cloudflare Turnstile on all authentication endpoints
However, despite our safeguards, no electronic transmission over the internet or information storage technology can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. We cannot promise or guarantee that hackers, cybercriminals, or other unauthorised third parties will not be able to defeat our security.
11. Do We Collect Information from Minors?
In Short: We do not knowingly collect data from or market to children under 18 years of age.
We do not knowingly collect, solicit data from, or market to children under 18 years of age, nor do we knowingly sell such personal information. By using the Services, you represent that you are at least 18 or that you are the parent or guardian of such a minor and consent to such minor dependent's use of the Services. If we learn that personal information from users less than 18 years of age has been collected, we will deactivate the account and take reasonable measures to promptly delete such data from our records. Account termination: If you would like to terminate your account, please email us at privacy@earntrackr.com. Upon account termination, we will deactivate or delete your account and information from our active databases.
13. Controls for Do-Not-Track Features
Most web browsers and some mobile operating systems and mobile applications include a Do-Not-Track ("DNT") feature or setting you can activate to signal your privacy preference not to have data about your online browsing activities monitored and collected. At this stage no uniform technology standard for recognising and implementing DNT signals has been finalised. As such, we do not currently respond to DNT browser signals or any other mechanism that automatically communicates your choice not to be tracked online.

In Short: If you are a resident of California or other US states with enacted privacy laws, you may have the right to request access to and receive details about the personal information we maintain about you and how we have shared it, and to request that your personal information be deleted.

We have not sold or shared any personal information to third parties for a business or commercial purpose in the preceding twelve months. Australia and New Zealand
We collect and process your personal information under the obligations and conditions set by Australia's Privacy Act 1988 and New Zealand's Privacy Act 2020. Our Services offer you the ability to register and log in using your Google account. Where you choose to do this, we will receive certain profile information from Google. The profile information we receive may include your name, email address, and profile picture.
