Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to all paid subscriptions purchased through EarnTrackr ("we," "us," or "our"). By purchasing a subscription, you agree to this policy.

7-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on all new EarnTrackr Pro subscriptions, both monthly and annual. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason within the first seven (7) days of your initial subscription start date, contact us and we will issue a full refund — no questions asked.

To request a refund within the 7-day window, email us at refunds@earntrackr.com with the subject line "Refund Request" and include the email address associated with your account. We will process your refund within 5–10 business days. Depending on your payment method and bank, the funds may take additional time to appear.

Eligibility

  • Refunds are available for new subscriptions only within the first 7 days of the initial purchase date.
  • Refunds are not available after the 7-day window has passed.
  • Refunds are not available for subsequent billing cycles on an existing subscription. If you no longer wish to be charged, cancel your subscription before the next renewal date.
  • Refunds are not available for accounts suspended or terminated due to violations of our Terms of Service.
  • Only one refund per customer per lifetime.

Cancellations

Cancelling your subscription stops future charges but does not automatically trigger a refund. You will retain access to Pro features until the end of your current billing period. If you cancel within the 7-day guarantee window and also want a refund, you must request the refund explicitly by contacting us — cancellation alone does not initiate a refund.

To cancel, log into your account, go to Settings, and follow the cancellation steps, or email us at refunds@earntrackr.com.

Annual Subscriptions

The 7-day money-back guarantee applies equally to annual subscriptions. If you purchased an annual plan and request a refund within 7 days of the initial purchase date, you will receive a full refund of the annual amount paid. After 7 days, annual subscriptions are non-refundable but may be cancelled to prevent renewal at the end of the annual term.

Processing

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. We do not issue refunds in the form of credits, gift cards, or alternative payment methods. Processing time is typically 5–10 business days from the date of approval, though your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the credit.

Exceptions and Discretion

We reserve the right to grant or deny refund requests outside the standard 7-day policy at our sole discretion in exceptional circumstances. Such exceptions, if granted, do not obligate us to grant similar exceptions in the future. If you believe your situation warrants special consideration, contact us and we will review it on a case-by-case basis.
